We research, compare, and review software specifically for small organizations — churches, nonprofits, freelancers, and small businesses. Not Fortune 500 companies. Not agencies with unlimited budgets. Regular organizations trying to make smart decisions without spending weeks on research.

How We’re Different

• We focus on small organizations. Most software review sites are built for enterprise buyers. We focus on the 5-person nonprofit, the 200-member church, the solo consultant.

Every comparison on SoftDecide follows the same process:

1. We define the specific audience (e.g., “small churches under 200 members”)
2. We research every credible option in the category
3. We compare on criteria that matter to that audience — not generic feature checklists
4. We recommend based on real-world fit, not who pays the highest commission
5. We update our guides regularly as pricing and features change, and every article displays its last-updated date
